I was passing on a bikepacking trip and needed new shoes. Staff were friendly and helpful and patient. I went to the nearest competition to Check out their stock,, on return instead of selling me the most expensive, they found a pair of the previous.model and gave a 50% discount, it was not needed as I was desperate. Then they lent me the tools to transfer the points of the shoes. Could not ask for better.

Samstag Mittag und ich packe mein Rad ein, um am Sonntag beim Harz Gravel zu fahren. Ploing - Speiche gebrochen. Also telefonier ich hektisch alle möglichen Läden durch die mehr oder weniger hilfreich sind. Beim Trek Store heißt es nur „Komm vorbei, das kriegen wir schnell hin. Und wenn wir keine passende haben, dann machen wir dir eine!“ Schnell, Mega nett, top Arbeit. Und das auch noch für nen kleinen Obolus für die Kaffeekasse. Mein neuer Favorit.
